This map provides an overview of unlocked areas of the city and what those areas contain. Anything shaded gray is inaccessible by player characters. The area to the southeast across the river is inaccessible, full stop.
Should characters attempt to walk into an unlocked area of the city, they will find themselves walking right back out with no memory of how they turned around. Should they attempt to ride the subway into an unlocked area, they will find their train arriving right back at the station they just left.
